01The operation
Zero handoffs. Decoration, finishing and fulfillment all happen in the same building, run by the same crew and checked against the same standard. You get one point of contact, one specification and one number that matches the packing list.

Automatic presses carry the run. Skilled hands handle loading, inspection, finishing, ticketing and pack out, so volume never outruns the standard.

03After the ink
Decoration is half the job. The other half walks straight onto a shelf: labeled, folded, bagged, ticketed, built into size runs and pre-packs, and routed anywhere your program sells. We run all of it.
Your call, per program. Brand new Halftone cartons, plain cartons, the garment manufacturer’s cartons, or fully blind under your own labels and paperwork. Whatever the program needs, we are set up for it.

05The floor
Blanks arrive counted, yours or ours, inspected and staged at the press. The right garment is half the print.
Every platen is loaded by hand and every garment squared to registration. This is where consistency begins.
Automatic presses run up to 18 colors in one pass, tight registration, matched ink decks, a check on every cycle.
Every print travels the tunnel at temperature, then gets wash tested to outlast the garment it sits on.
Folded, bagged, tagged and boxed to retail compliance. Shipped in brand new Halftone cartons, plain cartons, the manufacturer’s cartons or fully blind, whichever your program needs. Every case counted, labeled and stretch wrapped for the road.

Every separation, ink decision and production check is built to protect the brand on the garment. Whether you send the blanks or hand us the complete program, the work leaves this floor ready for the marketplace.
Halftone's art and press teams turn buyer ready artwork into press ready separations, then hold registration, hand and color through the full run. Customer supplied garments and Halftone sourced blanks receive the same written specification and operator checks.
From licensed entertainment and events to specialty brands and retail programs, we are set up for difficult art, specialty techniques, high volume and fast turns without lowering the standard.
Sampling, vendor compliance, finishing, documentation and routing are coordinated as one production program. The result is merchandise that arrives floor ready, count correct and traceable from proof through delivery.
09Questions
The questions that decide whether a program fits, answered with real numbers. If a shop will not publish its minimum, its lead time and its print area, ask why.
Up to 18 colors in a single pass, including simulated process. Most programs land well under that.
Up to 20 by 28 inches. Send the art and we will confirm placement against your garment before anything burns to screen.
288 pieces. Minimums move with color count and finishing, so call before you assume a run is too small.
7 to 10 business days standard, counted from approved art and blanks in hand. Rush windows are available on request and are quoted per run.

Every ink we run is lead free and phthalate free, and compliance documentation is supplied with the program on request.
ASI and PPAI distributors send contract and full package programs, and we ship them blind under your own labels and paperwork, so your client only sees you.
Contract print means you send counted blanks. Full package means we source, decorate, warehouse and distribute the whole program.
Tag removal, tagless neck prints, woven and hem labels, hang tags, tickets, barcoding and compliance labeling.
Retail compliant packing with EDI and ASN documentation, shipped in the cartons your program calls for, from our own to fully blind under your label.
