   Counted blanks in

   Your blanks arrive counted, get inspected and are staged at the press. The right garment is half the print.

2. 02Decorate

   18 color & specialty

   Every platen is loaded by hand and squared to registration. Automatic presses run up to 18 colors in one pass, with a check on every cycle.

3. 03Pack & label

   Built to your spec

   Tunnel cured and wash tested, then folded, bagged, tagged and boxed the way your program calls for.

4. 04Return

   Counted & press finished

   The run goes back counted out the way it came in: to your warehouse, a retail distribution center or straight to your customers.

Plastisol through water based discharge, high density and foil. If it can be pushed through a screen, it runs on this floor.

   Do you print for promotional products distributors?

   ASI and PPAI distributors send contract and full package programs, and we ship them blind under your own labels and paperwork, so your client only sees you.

2. Either.

   Do you supply the blanks, or do I?

   Contract print means you send counted blanks. Full package means we source, decorate, warehouse and distribute the whole program.

   What is your minimum order quantity?

   288 pieces. Minimums move with color count and finishing, so call before you assume a run is too small.

4. 7 to 10

   What is your production lead time?

   7 to 10 business days standard, counted from approved art and blanks in hand. Rush windows are available on request and are quoted per run.

5. 20 x 28

   What is your maximum print area?

   Up to 20 by 28 inches. Send the art and we will confirm placement against your garment before anything burns to screen.

6. 18

   What is the maximum number of colors you print?

   Up to 18 colors in a single pass, including simulated process. Most programs land well under that.

7. Yes.

   Can you separate my artwork?

   Art is separated and output in house. Send layered files where you have them and we will work from your originals.

8. Yes.

   Will you sample before the run?

   You get a high resolution digital proof and a written print spec, and an approved sample before production starts.

   Can you relabel and tag to my brand?

   Tag removal, tagless neck prints, woven and hem labels, hang tags, tickets, barcoding and compliance labeling.
